I received this yesterday. I cleaned it up and used it tonight for dinner. I made zucchini fries and batter dipped cod fish. My husband LOVED it and that’s really saying something ! Great review. I have the Walmart version and I love it!! When I saw you post about it in the Facebook group I knew I had to have it. I loved my Cosori but was always bothered by the fact that I couldn’t air fry my meat and sides at the same time. This Ninja dual zone was made just for me. Lol 😁
Great video Doug. Love your videos! That coating looks similar to coating on my zojorushi bread machine. I've not had any trouble w flaking chipping etc @10 yrs. I hate that black shiny cheap peel n flake junk on AF. Trashed 2 bc of it. Now I've really got something to look fwd to (last chemo treatment this monday); cookin again, AF w Doug videos, getting this AF soon as available! **This is just an earthly short list 👩🍳 GOD handling all the major stuff for me😇** Doug stay Blessed and keep those awesome videos coming. Like the wide range of temperatures and I’m with you on the dehydrator. I have a dehydrator and use it for large quantities of items that I’m drying, like spices, banana chips or apple chips. Thinking this might be the air fryer for my husband and I, great review Doug!
That is a pretty nice machine and you did a good demo on it. I think it would be wonderful to be able to cook two different items at once like that. Or two different types of chicken wings. And a breakfast would be fantastic. Like sausages in one side and maybe a quiche in the other, yep. Very nice machine. Love ya bunches. Claudia

Here in the UK this great appliance is now available so I purchased one myself this week got2b the kitchen appliance of the year. Instead of broil we have max crisp and you don't have to press stop to pause just open the compartment..look forward to some of your cooking ideas with this mother. Cheers.

Easy to use...fast cooking...crisps great...dont want to stand over the stove...steak and fries no problem...with ingenuity you can steam vegetables...worth the money...the double unit is over priced..and the drawers too small.buy the single and just wait for each item for max results
I have just order a replacement on this new ninja because I tried using the same settings that I used on the old Ninja Air Fyer (single basket) to air fry a steak and the steak did not come out the same. In the old one I could put some bread to air fry for 1 min and it would turn out perfect. Tried with the new 2 basket one and I had to let it go for 3 min!! Apparently Ninja will send me a new "base" to test out. But if this doesnt cut it im afraid im gonna have to return the damn thing and continue using my single basket Ninja air fryer.
Walmart version is just as good, finding it a bit small though this one included but it is quick for meals if you are in a hurry or getting home late from work lol
I love the aesthetic look of this air fryer but when you placed the pizza inside, it made me realize that the baskets are pretty small. I don’t like the look of the vortex air fryer, it looks like an egg but, love the size of its basket, so I will most likely be getting it due to all the good reviews.

@@terracejames1749 FYI, I just returned mine because the Air Fry option only goes up to 400F but the Ninja website advertises it as going up to 425F. I noticed my steak was not done after trying the same settings of my old single basket Ninja air fryer. I'm betting a replacement of the base next week so we'll see if that turns out better. But if not im gonna have to simply return the AF.

Hi Doug, how is the air fryer holding up? I got mine last week and unfortunately havent had great results (maybe I got a lemon). I had the regular Ninja and my Ribeye steaks would perfectly cook on Air Fryer mode at 400F for 20 min. I tried the same on this one and it did not finish the steak. Also, the website and box say that the Air Fryer mode goes up to 450F but I can only get it up to 400F. Kind of disappointed cause I really want to like this air fryer. I see all good reviews on the Nina site so, again, not sure if I got a lemon.
Doug, does the version from Ninja's site come with the multi-layer basket? if so, is it 1 for each basket? Cause the site is sold out of them for awhile.
@@COOKINGWITHDOUG i see that, @ the 1:53 mark, you show a page in the owner's manual that shows the layered rack, but ut says not will all models. I know the Walmart version doesn't come with it. So was asking if the 1 you got, from Ninja, included the layered rack and if they did, was it one for reach drawer.
The only thing I don’t like about it is the unit is all plastic!! I find i get that heated plastic smell because of the high temperature that it cooks at!! I don’t think it’s all that healthy, TBH!!
I'm mad that I have exchanged my initial one that I received from bestbuy bc the one I received was super dirty on the inside and dented on the outside. I just picked up the exchange and this new one is just as bad. Has anyone had this problem with their order of this?

I love mine. If you get one, I'd suggest you run it empty for four or five 15-minute cycles to get rid of any shipping odor.

This was a very simple presentation to understand for a non-cook like myself who likes simple visual.
